OK, thanks.  It gets very confusing with NSI being on both sides of the
table, as registry AND registrar.  I still believe that structure sets up
an inherently inequitable situation at the registrar level, as customers
are most likely (a) to remain with the incumbent, and (b) to go with the
one that gives an appearance of having the closest, most direct connection
with the registry.
