Whether you can post to a mailing list, doesn't make you a country top 
level domain administrator. 

Bill or Antony proposed you on the per.nu and I (and others) opposed
on the ground that per.NU is not a ccTLD. If I am not mistaken you
were then finally called something like an "associate member" or so.
 

You are not helping your cause with this...
