Then under your definition NONE of the domain holders of
theirname.com.au domains are ccTLD domain name holders, since com.au
is not a ccTLD.
Surely you see how ludicrous this is?
com.au and per.nu and other RFC1591 delegated ccTLD subdomains have as
much right to the ccTLD constituencies as the .NO registry does.
Or Dr. Lisse's .NA, but in light of his recent problems perhaps an
interim administrator should be named until he is certified as having
regained his senses.
