Since you indicate you wish to keep your domain, just change registrars.
You don't even have to contact NameSecure to do it. It's really that simple!

There's many Registrars that you can transfer the domain to - see  
http://www.internic.net/  for complete ICANN Registrar list.

I'd recommend DomainBank.com, but there's many fine choices...but avoid CORE 
Registrars (totalnic, nominilia, etc) and Register.com - they're bad news.

I still recommend you complain, etc...but if you're expecting results anytime 
soon from ICANN, think again...ICANN has shown itself they don't give a damn!

So in the meantime, pick a new Registrar and transfer the domain over and be 
done with the whole mess...
