I think everybody's right here. 

REBOL.ORG was meant to be a user-supported non-official site, but until
yesterday Jeff hadn't found any users to manage it. 

Elan might remember ealier pleas, but there was no explicit "call for
volunteers" or mission statement on the Web site itself.

It is strange to think of ourselves as "end users", but for REBOL
itself, we are. Then again, you get what you pay for, and so far REBOL
has given a lot and asked for little (well, aside from "try me",
actually, nothing yet).

But, now, if REBOL.ORG takes off, we will all have Cheryl to thank.

The wheel's been oiled, now it's up to us to roll with it.
