The majority of the users on the list admin list cannot reset the password of other mailing lists. If you have forgotten the password of your mailing list, please file a phabricator task <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/> and list off #wikimedia-mailing-lists as the project. That way all the background comparison of email and account can be done properly to confirm list ownership.
