Definitely... with advent of Flex 2 for one.

A few weeks back my work had a top dog at Adobe (Indesign/Publishing Rep) come and spend the day speaking to the employees... He definitely gave the impression that Adobe was well aware of the power and $$$ of making Flash accessible.
