My comment was in relation to the semantic meaning that the Author was
trying to atribute to the DIVs, not to the bum-basic Ps within:
The 'seperation' is completely inaccessible, as it is only represented
by CSS.

Though exactly how obvious a paragraph is outside of a purely visual
environment is a discussion in itself!
