I never use securedoc, but I had to figure out how to give a helpdesk admin secureDoc console access on her new laptop. I had to install securedoc enterprise server (should be the same install files that were used to install the server), launch the securedoc enterprise server application, specify the securedoc key file & password, and enter in the database information.

Sometimes our SA keys don't get pre-staged down to the hard drives so you can't login, maybe that is related to the duplicate account issues. The Enterprise console only runs on the server, wish we had one that each SA could install on their own workstation. They have a web version too but it's not full featured and annoying to use. And when you install upgrades on the server it totally uninstalls and re-installs the 2 services and after it completes you have to register the services manually with Windows and then re-enter your configuration settings for the two. I feel the whole product is overly complex and bloated for what it needs to do, at least with the Enterprise version. There are configuration settings in 4 or 5 different places with multiple pages of settings within each one of those places sometimes. And they have no support forums or user community to seek help from, just their tech support. They are responsive, usually replying in less than an hour, but their support website and documentation is sorely lacking and I have to have 3 separate accounts on their site, one for the site, one for their KB and one for their customer support portal.
