Re: [ElectricMotorcycles] Ninja 250 conversion? When I talked to Jim at Joliet
last year he didn't have any sugguestions for upgrading the Etek. Although he
can do about a dozen trick things if you're running a series or shunt wound.

  Well Illinois is pretty flat..
If want want something to wind out, I'll take my 78 GL1000.
Can only do so much about rider weight (G)

What do you think of his swing arm mount idea?

Saw your album nice bike... What batteries are you using?
  What type of range?

  Anymore pics...

What does Husted do to help with the melt problem?

    Steven,
See my Ninja 1994 EX500 (72v, ADC, no frame mods outside welding on some
rack pieces) conversion on electricmotorcycles.net and the Austin EV site.
Bidwell lives just up the road from me and there are real concerns about
sustained amps through an Etek. If I were to go this route I would hope for a
light weight rider, flat terrain, short hills and rider restraint. You could
also have Jim Husted amend the melt issue before it happens.
