I my experinace this is not cause for concern. The regen seems almost like a
built in ABS since the slower the motor speed the less braking there is. The
Sevcon and Etek with a single speed transmission I don't get anywhere near
enough regen braking to worry about breaking the rear wheel loose.

. On EMCs regen might cause the rear tire to lose fraction, and cause an
unstable riding condition. Frankly not worth my life to experiment with a regen
controller.
