VF - VFRs not bad bikes to start with (light weight square steel tubing). Check out my vf500 http://www.austinev.org/evalbum/1023 I have achieved 21 mile range at 50 mph top, 55ah pack, AGM batteries, still working the batteries in. 72 volts (3 where ICE was, 1 under tank, 2 in saddlebag position), hoping for 60 mph top as I am changing the gearing slightly, no more rocket to the crotch tho... there is another 500 and a 750 on evalbum.
