Thats where I started looking for ideas. I liked the frame layout
(liked the 84 better) and the style of bike. I like newer bikes, but I
wanted something under 1k, and I found a guy thats GIVING me a
chassis. I saw pics today and its complete and in good shape. Can't
beat a rolling chassis for free.

I'm thinking 4 or 5 batteries, depending on how many fit. looks to
have a ton of room.

How hard is it to get rear sprockets?

VF - VFRs not bad bikes to start with (light weight square steel tubing). Check
out my vf500 http://www.austinev.org/evalbum/1023
I have achieved 21 mile range at 50 mph top, 55ah pack, AGM batteries, still
working the batteries in. 72 volts (3 where ICE was, 1 under tank, 2 in
saddlebag position), hoping for 60 mph top as I am changing the gearing
slightly, no more rocket to the crotch tho... there is another 500 and a 750
on evalbum.
