A low tech approach is to create a global group for your team which may already exist and then you subscribe that group to email alerts.

Some users haven't set up email notifications when a job is changed by another person ... so i was hoping to do it for them without having to waste time teaching them how to do it, etc... which could mean they could turn it off, also. I set up mine in visual studio 2005 - which was easy/great :) I did have a look at the subscription data base table but was turned off by the use of guids .. i was afraid i might place the wrong guid in the row.... i'm assuming it's with bissubscribe, which can solve this problem?
