Hi all,
I want to customize my TFS server by adding new group
with less privileges than the admin, this group will have the ability
only to create new projects and doesn't have any other privileges on the
server ,how can I do that ?
I created this group, but I don't know how to customize it to allow the
members of this group to just add new projects on TFS server.
