The power tools are a must have, especially the process template editor, but also TreeDiff and Annotate deserve special mention.
I also use the Attrice TFS SideKicks (http://www.attrice.info/cm/tfs/index.htm) - that along with the command line tools (tf and tfpt) do most of what I need.
