I've been lurking and learning for months, but this is my first post on the
listserv. I hope someone can help.
I am searching for novels about kids the writing process that I can share
with my writing class. The obvious one that comes to mind is Sharon Creech's
Love that Dog. Another that I've recently read is 4 Kids in 5E & 1 Crazy Year.
Sahara Special has also been suggested, as well as How to Get Famous in
Brooklyn, and, Harriet the Spy.
I know I've seen such a list in one of my professional books, but I can't
remember which book; was it Fletcher? Atwell?
I would appreciate any suggestions.
