Hi! There's "The Landry News" by Andrew Clements, about how a 5th grade journalist pushes a burned-out teacher to turn his classroom into a place where genuine learning (throgh writing a class newspaper) actually happens. It's pretty good, as is "The School Story," same author, about a middle school girl who decides to get published.
