There's a bit more to it.  THis is a Doyle stack pac.  The lazy jack 
lines hold the stack pac in place and I had to cut the old ones to get 
the stack pac off and have Doyle install a new one.  Now the old crappy 
lines are blowing in the breeze and need to be removed from the top of 
the mast and the new ones attached.

Well, this isn't a track, really.  It' s just a slot in the mast.  I 
doubt if it ever worked very good.
