Just try to get into Canada (don't know about other countries) with ANY
type of conviction. Even a DWI or misdemeanor will keep you out. It is all
on a shared data base. A few searches on the topic will reveal a host of
horror stories.
If you value the right to travel, travel the straight and narrow. If you
wander off the path, - don't even talk about it.
