Arild,

I don't know where you are, but most places I've been (USA west coast & 
Florida) set specific lengths of time which you are considered  a 
transient (cruiser) which range from a couple of weeks to a couple of 
months. When this limit is reached, you are expected to fit in their 
liveaboard limitations or hit the road. . .water.
