I'm fully aware of the meaning of Free Software and I've met RMS in person
before so I'm well aware of his views. Mine were not that hiring a developer
was against the GPL or anything like that. All I was saying was that it is the
traditional hacker spirit to work on things purely for fun and because you want
to without needing to be asked or offered a contibution fee, that's all. I'm
saying its a bad idea it was just a thought.
