Agree
with a +1 on Eclipse. I use it as WebSphere Studio at work and have the raw Eclipse 2.1 release at home. Performance keeps getting better with each release.
And the number of plugins being developed is phenomenol. See http://eclipse-plugins.2y.net/eclipse/index.jsp.
