Yep, unless LPI is pushing everything back, we're really looking at the
next revision.  I think we're at that point of 'calling it' and discussing
this again as RHEL8 approaches 18-24 months old, and other Upstream
adoption has been flushed-out.

P.S.  The reason why RHEL8 uses Podman by default is because RHEL8 uses
CGroups v2 by default.  It can be configured to revert to CGroups [v1], and
use Docker  compatible Moby.  But that's another 'can-o-worms.'
