well at least there's this issue that VUE saves all his data in canada for years and has no intention of changing this at least to my knowledge. Back then i wrote VUE because of reservations of privacy that my data is there (my passport was scanned ffs, for LPI3) and they wrote me back then about the before-the-privacy-shield agreement in a blatant kind of standardmail which really showed their i-do-not-care-attitude. the privacy agreement then exploded. and now privacy-shield is dead in the water, too. But our data is still happily stored in their datacenters and LPI also has no issue that VUE does not change this behaviour. talking about a devil is a bit much, but LPI is also complicit in not looking for other providers to enable people not having their data stored with VUE, at the very least.
