I understand that Pearson VUE is the no 1 test centre provider in the world and the LPI has to somewhat partner with the no 1 to get exams done but, as anybody who has at one point had to deal with them, they have an idiotic and robotic so called customer service (nothing new here), who are complete useless at even understanding the simplest question. I already have reservations about getting certified at all, never mind after banging my head on the Pearson Vue wall.
