Hi Kara & everyone,

I've just finished the survey, and I felt I should share my feelings. I
wrote the 101 & 102 exams, and came away with the notion that the way
the questions were asked, a person's _understanding_ was seldom tested.

I was reminded of this when I did the survey, for I could see how easily
one could convert the survey questions into exam questions. Not that I
think the survey was lacking in any way - on the contrary, it was good
to be reminded of my shortcomings. I think you have done a very
comprehensive job.

So what I'm suggesting is this: In stead of relying heavily on knowing
the correct flags, syntax and arguments to use (as 101 & 102 did), I
would suggest putting in several questions with only _wrong_ answers,
and then ask us to select the best out of the wrong answers.

Why? you ask. You see if a person has to choose the "best wrong answer",
they have to understand the impact of all the answers, and then weigh
them up by means of "best practises" or some policy which would come
from experience I believe.

Regards,
Thomas
