While I don't/can't/won't speak for LPI, I've been somewhat involved in
this.  The last time around, anyone could submit questions.  That didn't
mean those questions would be used -- many were
dismissed/modified/edited for various reasons.  But once submitted, the
items did belong to LPI.

Now, some of us reviewed those questions.  We were/are/continue to be
under non-disclosure oaths as to test content.  This part of the
process, the actual item review, Les could not be involved in and comply
with the letter and intent of the NDA (unless he's stopped writing
course content for LPI exams).  But content submission is not covered by
NDA, it just involves a transfer of rights.

LPI officers, pls correct me it I'm so far out in left field I'm no
longer on terra firma.
