This makes sense. Clearly, a course developer who was involved with the
review of questions would have an inside knowledge that would a) tend to
lead to the kind of quiz review exam session course that is one of the more
detestable features of other certifications and b) provide a competitive
advantage.

OK; once the objectives for Level II are crystallized, if I have any spare
time - and that's the real problem - I'll develop some questions.
