AHHH!!! This makes sense now. The problem is that the ifhp filter is not getting the 'true end of job' from the printer. This is due to the printer sending back 'I am done' and the paper not having started moving. I suggest throwing rocks or yelling at Xerox to tell you the magic PostSCript or whatever command to tell the printer to not report end of job until the job is finished.
