He All,
I was just lookingover the supported OS's and was surprised to *not* see
Slackware in it. I was just wondering if there was a particular reason,
such as Slackware being inherently unsuitable (can't imagine why), or has
nobody got it to work with Slackware yet?
Looking over the lts_core scripts, it looks like it's prolly just a little
tweaking of the existing scripts to fit a Slackware system. Unless there
*have* been experiences in the past that have concluded that Slackware in
wholly unsuitable, I'd be willing to try some script-hacking and report back
on what I've "found" :-)
If anyone out there 8has* got Slackware to work with LTSP, I'd love to hear
from you, to see if there are any pitfalls I should look our for.
Thanx!
