stated "You can make a lilo image of Etherboot and then install lilo
onto the harddrive in order to boot both diskless and win98." 

I have a PC where I want to do the same trick using GRUB - if I get it
working, I'll post a note here (unless some kind person has already done
it and shares the trick with us...)
