It appears you are looking for a bug tracking system?
You can try JIRA from Atlassian instead, or FogzBUGZ .... they may
cost a bit but I think they are better.

NEWBIE ALERT !!! (go easy)
Hi all. I'm trying to setup the request tracker system RT 3.0 from
www.bestpractical.com/rt/. Apart from the tideous perl downloads
from cspan, the web-based display refuses to show anything. The
setup is fine up to the point of displaying the installed RT. The
choice of display is between virtual hosts and fast-cgi. Following
the manual causes the link http://localhost/ to show gibberish.
Apache may even refuse to start, citing perl parse errors. The
system is a SLES 9 running apache2 with mod-perl included, which is
puzzling.
I've even thought of ugrading to SUSE 10 ?!
Any help is welcome. Thanx FRANCIS.
