ensure also that yuor MTA is listening on all interfaces not just localhost
which is the default setting in some like postfix

well this is all the info i can provide
my ip address 196.0.14.54
my mx record resolves to this address
my zone is mednet.co.ug
the internal users can send and receive from the interanet
i ve squirrelmail at port 80 which has been map to the internal address
my isp tells me he has mapped even 25 ,143
but this does not seem to work
typing http://mednet.co.ug gives the webmail login from outside my
network and i can send to users on my mail server.ie([EMAIL PROTECTED])
as for the router i am only depending on the isp for that
mail bouses and it says it contacted the 196.0.14.54 but the connection
died
