telnet being an insecure utility is disabled
on routers/gateway by many admins
perhaps that is the case for them too

either your NAT is not working as it should, or your
mail server does not accept connections from the outside world.
sift
your log files for the errors that it records, those will help you. and of
course, give the information that is requested, right now we are trying to
solve something that we have no clue about....
