A candidate with both is ideal, Forgive my misrepresentation. Am looking at a scenario where two candidates have only one of the attributes, one has a couple of certs but lacks experience and another years of experience but no certs to his name, it could also be looked at from a career point of view, if you had to choose one career enhancing method which would you rather take, do as many certs to further your career or get as much experience?
