Truth be told am not hiring, I extended a discussion we were having with a couple mates to the LUG, the gist of the matter is who is the better or complete ICT Persona, and in the event you have two candidates with varying degrees of certs and experience who do you pick, thus my earlier allusion to Career guidance, Certs and Experience should both be gained but ultimately which should hold greater sway in the mix?
