Reiner, Simon the point is not whether the Nokia phones run on Linux, (what is also known as a diversionary tactic) According to the 'Truists' this list is supposed to debate Linux related posts or Open Source posts. Are you saying a market place for OSS products and services is part of the norm.
I have no problem, with Kyle's post, because anyone can post what s/he feels like. Unless if there is some Hitler on this list, who thinks this list is a concentration camp. All members practice self moderation, and thats one of the reasons many open endeavors succeed. By the time, i post something not linux or OSS related, am aware of my actions. Am not using my sub conscious mind to do that. My thread had two parts, Chrome and Windoze 7. Someone who is not narrow minded can say my post was promoting Linux, by highlighting the flaws of windoze 7. The very intention of this list. my point was in simple plain English. Allow me to translate to Luganda, for clarity. 'Abantu abasinga, abali ku linuxi gloupo - bawandika ebintu ebitakwatagana na mateka ga gloupu ' In summary they are nit pickers on this list, who practice selective judgement, i urge them to use other methods to promote their mundane agendas.
