Hari and All,

We should leave the forum open, using OT as Mark suggested is the best
approach. Like any other forum, there are "purists", but we should focus
more on open source solutions for Windoze problems too. The so called
"Off-Topic" topics keep the forum lively, vibrant and also keep us in touch

Variety is the spice of life. At times there may be too much and other times
too little, but we need the spice.

The fundamental problem is that there exists no written charter. For long,
it has been left to members to exercise their reasonable judgement but alas!

If folks agree with me and think it is useful, I am willing to draft a
charter for discussion on the list.
