The copyright Act was revised in 2006. I actually remember buying a copy
from the Govt Printer on Kimathi Avenue. You can pass by and get a copy
for your self. Interestingly though, I never came across anything
dealing with Archiving while reading it. However, I still believe there
could be some sections that can be used to pin you if you do not get
permission at least from the radio stations.

Otherwise, it is a very good idea that you have come up with. What
remains is to see how you will make the money out of it.
