Who is stealing ?? The bottom line here is the stations that actually make
money out of this are not paying anything to the copyright holders and are
operating apparently within the confines of the law of the land. So where
would you like to start ??

And there is no charge for anyone to type www.yradio.ug apart from what is
paid to the ISP for the access. So yradio does not make money out of this
process. This however does not indemnify yradio from the copyright
discussion. As has been earlier stated lets look at the wider picture and
fix the problem at the right point.

Innovation and copyright have always met at cross roads and some amicable
compromise has always been the key to moving forward. The GPL agreement you
keep on stressing was a compromise position arrived at at allow for
innovation in the open source movement.
