Hi Badru, For me the definition is simple.
Theft = The taking of something that does not belong to you without the permission of the rightful owner. I assume that you will agree that in this instance you are taking the copyrighted works of these artists, and that also you don't have their permission to take it? Now your argument, if I can summarise it correctly, is that other people are doing the same to the artists, so that makes it ok for you to also do this. Is this a correct summary? If so, then there is not much point in in continuing this discussion, as we are never going to persuade each other of the morality of our positions on this subject.
