Kiggs Seconded,
Cavin I think relegating wrong data input to the periphery is to fail
to see the White Elephant in the room.
The cornerstone for this App in my view is correct data input, What
pragmatic quality controls do you assume are / should be in place here?

I think FDC already announced that they have the software in place,

something which has angered the establishment ( i wonder why)
Mobutu never built roads in DRC, in an effort to cling to power,

It will be no surprise to have disruptions in Internet and
Telecommunication services, on election day
The FDC and other parties interested in establishing a tally centre
should think of proposed hurdles, like internet and telephone,
the issue of multiple people submitting wrong data seems far
fetched, since any data input system, should have quality control
mechanisms, going into the details, seems time wasting
