i dont think its designed to allow every tom dick and harry to input the
data,
The developers made it in such a way that it can be used by a political
party, and the political party would enforce QA / QC controls

you probably think, that its intended for the general public, in that way,
many people would enter data for the same polling station, plus other
problems,

its important to read a thread in its entirety and understand it before
posting
