SwiftRiver is different according to what I read at http://swiftly.org/overview/about-3 while this tool is about taking the (dead) georgian* seriously.
A quick look at the code (as suggested by Kiggs) tells to me (ugvotes.py:425 onwards) that screwing up the postings will require some effort on the part of regular poster. I haven't looked at the tallying yet, but this being ubiquitous, generally understood python, I am sure we'll hear views from others shortly. So the crowd sourcing might be the thing here.
