Daniel, i think you have missed many points, A Political party would rely on its agents at polling stations to collect data, which has been declared by the returning officer, there is no motivation for a political party, to inflate results, since its inconsequential,
its like counting money in your wallet, and you find 40k, and you convince your self that you have 50k, what benefit would you derive from that, the only people who can benefit from inflating results, or inputing wrong data, are the ones counting the official data at the EC In any case, such tools would not be important, if our leaders could remember their own words "The Problem with African Leaders is over staying in power - H.E.
