Goodmorning guys, I have installed and configured vsftp server on my Ubuntu machine according to http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=91887 but to my surprise, when I try to access/upload files to the server through my browser by ftp://localhost I cannot get any thing minus a log in form which returns nothing even if the log in is wrong or correct. When I tried the terminal, things are working properly, the service starts properly, I can log in and I can transfer files. My problem is that not all the people on the network are confirtable using the terminal, besides most of them are using MS windows OS. What should I do? Is there some other application am supposed to add to the already installed? Why doesn't work yet all the posts I have seen about this show that works fine?
