reason why I wanted ftp://127.0.0.1/ or
ftp://<IP_ADDRESS_OF_YOUR_MACHINE>,
It is because not every one can use nautilus since not every one is on
linux.
I have properly followed the following guides and it seems there is some
thing I have to add to ma installation to have it work through a web
browser as the guides have put it clearly.

As I had mentioned in the first mail, the command line ftp is working
perfectly well, but not every one is going to use it. People want the
Web Browser thing..
