Why?
The Acholi Language pack has 2,605 users. I find that a pretty high number of
people who are interested in running their browser in their native language.

BTW, there is 1 last thing that is not mentioned in the discussion. This was a
paid job. The need for the translation was there *before* the translation was
made. Warchild Holland runs several ICT training centres in the North and
wanted the translation to be done. And who better to approach than the people
who made the Luganda translation, too?
