Thank you all for your input. I've been moving my arm for the reasons you suggested, so I'll keep on doing it. My teacher studied with O'Dette, so I guess the lineage of ideas makes sense. It does feel more relaxed to move the arm, and I think my timing is better. I was mostly concerned with accuracy, but I think that just me being over-analytical. Thanks again.
